Squeak 17 #1 April 26, 2005 I met this Japanese girl last weekend who has been skydiving for 2 years next month, she has 1700 jumps in those almost 2 years. AND all of them are FUN jumps. Who can beat that? NO work jumps allowedYou are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing? You can bet your ASS if I had no job to go to, and all the free time and money in the world, I'd have a shitload more than 171 jumps! -Jeffrey-Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... CanuckInUSA 0 #3 April 26, 2005 QuoteWho can beat that? I can't. All my 944 skydives and 65 BASE jumps in 2 3/4 years are fun jumps as well, but she's obviously been having some fun. Good for her I say. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
AggieDave 6 #4 April 26, 2005 Are you kidding me? All of my 1500+ jumps have been fun jumps, even my coaching jumps and over 600 tandems. They're all fun. Never mind that jumpers who tend to jump *that* much in that short of time tend to burn out and quit the sport pretty quick.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." BGill 0 #6 April 26, 2005 i think i know which girl you're talking about. is one of her rigs the one used in Austin Powers (big british flag canopy)? if its the girl im thinking about, she fun jumps alright. she came out to Sydney one weekend with about 10 other japanese freefliers. they did about 10 jumps a day for 3 days. lets just say i was a very busy packer that weekend... i thank her for contributing to my beer fund while in australia
freeflir29 0 #7 April 26, 2005 Over the past few years money hasn't been the problem. It's work that keeps me away from the DZ. It's ok though..........I'll make up for it when I am retired in 4+ years.
grue 1 #8 April 26, 2005 I met a girl about 5'9", blonde hair, green eyes, cheerleader & swimmer, with an amazing body. Smart and funny, and I have a date with her this weekend. So yeah, I can beat that :)cavete terrae.
bob.dino 1 #9 April 26, 2005 Prior to that she's jumped at Picton for 2 weeks solid, paying for coach jumps with Drew Lipinksi all the time. Good for her - if you've got the cash, why not use it!

benforde 0 #13 April 26, 2005 Where did she do those jumps, in Japan skydiving is incredibly expensive, most japanese skydivers go to Australia or the US. Curious to know what DZ she calls home. Benji
Lainey 0 #14 April 26, 2005 I met her too when she was here, she's sweet as! so polite too. Apparently it's cheaper to not jump in japan and save up for a few months then come to australia and just jump solid for a week or two. I think they were doing 10 a day over the long weekend they were with us. I love her rig and canopy too, i'm such a massive mike myers fan. A very nice lady.
