I've been beta testing the Win2k3 flavor (same codeset) and the amd/emt64 version is rock solid and SCREAMS on the dual opteron system I built. One thing to remember is that this is OEM only. Any and all support will be thru the vendor, not MS. you can also only purchase it OEM as well...I promise not to TP Davis under canopy..
