Vallerina 2 #1 April 27, 2005 In Chicago many people eat at stir fry buffets like Flat Top, Mogonlian BBQ, etc. Basically, they have all the ingredients set out, you put whatever you want in a bowl, and you hand it over to the cooks to stir fry it up for you. They've been pretty popular in Chicago for awhile (they're cheap, you get to experiment, it tastes good), so I was just curious if anywhere else had something like this. If not maybe I should pretend I'll open one somewhere and make big money! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Yes it is, thanks for taking me there last year.I also really liked BD's Mongolian BBQ. I can instantly fall in love with a stir fry restaurant when there's fresh scallops on the buffet. Sadly, we don't have anything like that here in OK.
