DrunkMonkey 0 #1 April 28, 2005 http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,154904,00.html If this'd work on dogs, I'm guessing the Aggie Corps will never have to re-name their mascot, as long as they just make photocopies...
JohnnyD 0 #2 April 28, 2005 They don't rename it, they just recycle it and put the dead ones in a nice burial plot outside of the stadium. I believe its name is Reville.
AggieDave 6 #3 April 28, 2005 They don't rename the dogs, they're all called Reville. Although I wish they'd go back to just a basic mutt like the first one, all the others since then have been Collies. That breed is so damned inbred they have all sorts of problems. 2 Revs ago was the Rev that was around when I was a fish in the Corps of Cadets, it would have seizers so they had to keep it drugged off its ass most of the time. Texas A&M is actually on the forefront of cloning technology, a large majority of the technology out there today in that regards, was developed in College Station at the A&M Vet school (which is the best in TX and one of the best in the US). Oh, and they are buried right outside of the north end of Kyle Field (football stadium), they even have their own score board on the outside of the stadium so they can see the Aggies beat the hell outta whoever we're playing. Personally, I've always felt like the traditions surronding the dog were pretty fucking lame, but whatever, some Aggies are really motivated about the dog. Actually, except for E-2 (the outfit that takes care of the dog), most of the Corps of Cadets doesn't give a shit. The rest of campus (especially the chicks) really like the dog.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
