Watching my 10 year old daughter compete in competitive cheer leading. She works all year for 6 or 7 competitions. I'll never forget watching her do back hand springs and back flips for the 1st time. popeyefireman 0 #23 April 29, 2005 Well, I am a firefighter/ Paramedic, so everyday I go to work I get a little juiced. But what really turns it up is when those tones go off and the lights come on. We wait to see where we're going next and the the dispatcher says "medic 91, engine 91, engine 92, engine 93, LT92, chief 90.........Full alarm structure fire" Then we race to the engine bay and quickly put our gear on. Hall ass to the fire and kick it in the face. A good code arrest gets the blood flowing, but more sad in the end because only about 2% of all true codes accualy make it. "I Yam what I Yam" I am not afriad to die, only to die without living.
