If the person can't give oral in the first place, I can't say it would help. plus I think the size of it matters.. I have a 6g, quite a bit bigger than the avg 10-14g Where is my fizzy-lifting drink? Honestly - I didn't notice it too much. It's much better if you're pierced down there and her tongue is 'normal' than if you're not and she is.
