AFAIK, if you wrote it you hold the copyright (if you weren't on the magazine's payroll at the time - as an employee, not as a freelance writer). I could see them having a problem with you scanning the magazine pages and posting the scans... but they'd have no right to tell you that you couldn't retype the article and post it that way.

I have a scanner and have emailed pics to other peeps before because they hadn't received their magazine yet. But is it really ok to post them? I don't wanna make the photographer or magazine people mad by publicly posting them.
