Ugh...food poisoning...

I was up sick all last night, called into work this morning, grabbed about 4 hours of sleep around 7am, and have been through 3 bottles of Gatorade and a bottle of Pedialyte.

I'm hungry now, but the thought of food is sickening.

On the plus side though, I think my wingloading has gone down a little.

Ooh, been there done that twice. It's not fun.

Ease back in to eating with easy, bland stuff... saltines, jello (remember, when you make it for sick people, leave OUT the vodka), broth. I find when I'm that sick I crave salt, so the chicken broth is great.

You poor thing. I've had several incidents of food poisoning and remember it well...like a metal teethed PacMan chewing thru your stomach and the uncontrollable barfing. I feel for ya.

Great minds think alike though. I had some broth and crackers a few minutes ago and am feeling worlds better.

Maybe I'll feel up to some sushi later.
