I checked to see if it had been posted on here, and it appears not to have... so here is what he said: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Hello Everyone, Unfortunately, the big ways we had planned at Gold Coast Skydivers have been canceled. As you know, the airport board made me remove the packing dome so I asked for permission to put up a packing tent to facilitate this event. Currently we do not have the facilities to accommodate a large event. I expressed to the airport manager the need for a quick approval because of the logistics involved with hosting such an event. I just received a letter yesterday from the airport manager that said "I will present your request for the packing tent at the scheduled board meeting May 17th. I apologize for the length of time to present this to the board but unfortunately I'm unable to schedule a special meeting at this time". She knew the big ways were planned for May 7th and 8th. I have forwarded her letter to the FAA as further evidence of the harassment I have been receiving at the airport. On another note, we are still waiting to see if our case will be heard in Federal Court. In the meantime we have filed a counterclaim against the airport board, airport manager and Jackson County District 1 Supervisor to the tune of $23,000,000.00. That should get their attention.
