I enjoyed a very nice relaxing weekend in Catalina - sunning, kayaking, hiking, frog hunting (not the Frenchy kind), chatting around the bonfire, and stargazing, oh did I mention DRINKING! I was blessed to be able to spend it with some of my very dear close friends. The best part of the weekend were my rasberry pancackes for breakfast on Sunday. YUMMY!!!
