We've got an outfit here named "The Lawn Sharks". The owner made a skydive a few years back. I always thought that name was pretty funny.

No Habla Espanol Lawn Care.

Before someone flames me for being racist, lemme explain. It's rare to find non-Hispanics doing landscaping and lawn care where I've lived. Whether that's because non-Hispanics are too lazy to work that hard or because Hispanics do a better job of it or do it cheaper, or for some other reason that I can't think of, I have no clue. I've never owned a lawn so I've never needed to pay someone to mow it. :D

"Land Design Landscaping, Inc."

"Landscape Designs, LLC"

"Landscape Arts, Inc."

"Enviroshaping, Inc."

"Turf Management Systems, LLC"

"Landscape Management Systems, Inc"

I think you'd want something that will advertise well on the side of a vehicle. Something cute and clever enough to give folks a good feeling from the name. Not so cute and clever that they have no idea what the company does.

thesaurus.reference.com is a good online Thesaurus. This particular link is set to bring up synonyms for "landscape."

College fund lawn care.
Even if it's not accurate for you...
Got my attention when I saw a sign with that where I live.

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

Just the obvious and overused, "The Lawn Ranger" ;)

Personally, I like "The Lawnmower Man", but then again, maybe it wouldn't be a good idea, what with what happened in that movie... :S:D

By the way, Happy 10,000 posts, Thoughts! ;)

Believe it or not, there was a 16 year old high school student in one of the Birmingham suburbs a few years back who made $50,000 just mowing yards that first summer. :o His parents put 75% of the money in escrow for his college fund. I don't think he ever went to college, he was too busy making a shitload of money...
