You need an 8 to make 21 and win the hand. An 8 shows up. "Luck"? Well, yes and no. It's great that it turned out that way, so yes, "Whew, that was lucky!" But NO, because there was not cosmic force that PUT that card there once random chance left you with 13. "Luck" did not peer into your hand and determine what exact card would serve your purpose, and then cause that card to be the next one in the deck. I prefer to not count on stuff that, well, cannot be counted on. Luck is such a thing.
