Shotgun 1 #26 May 15, 2005 I've been back to working out regularly for about 6 weeks now... My weight is still the same (~108 lbs), but I'm starting to see better muscle definition, especially in my legs... I was just looking at the schedule for the fall semester at my school and I saw that one of my favorite teachers is teaching a weight-lifting class. I had him for a first aid class, and he is a loud ex-military, ex-football coach guy who I was thinking would be a perfect motivator for me... so I'm thinking I'll probably sign up for his weight-lifting class in the fall. One semester with him should get me back in shape... Now if he would just move in with me for a few months to help me kick some of my other bad habits...
