Balloon Rides - Wisconsin

Recommended Posts

Anyone know of a reputable place in Wisconsin for balloon rides? And no, I'm not talking about jumping outta one as my mom mentioned she'd love to go on one, and I thought I'd buy her a ride for her birthday.

Not sure about Wisconsin, but one of my friends just did a balloon ride with Blue Sky Balloon Rides up in McHenry, IL. And she was engaged by the end of it! Hehe.

Here's a listing of some hot air balloon companies in Wisconsin:

Call 1-800-SKY-RIDE. I think they offer balloon rides.

NO FUCKING WAY!!! DON'T GO THAT ROUTE!!! They cannot be trusted!!! If something goes wrong with the voucher you get from them, you can't get your money back!! They will give you the run-around and won't tell you where the hot air balloon location is until you give them your credit card info!! FUCK SKYRIDE!! >:(

Sorry for the rant though! But do not go through them, period!

Mom and I live in Racine so Hudson's a ways out of the way. It's going to be difficult enough to pull off the "hey, mom...let's go for a ride at o'God:30" much less drive forever to get there. :D
