skybytch 273 #1 May 25, 2005 I think I've found a new addiction... and it's even healthy! Went for my first ever overnight hike yesterday and today. Mary, my roomie Kim, Mary's dog Rose, my dog Molly and I did the Summit Springs trail in Snow Mountain Wilderness. We hiked a little over 2 miles (1000 feet altitude gain), set up camp, explored the summit area, spent the night and hiked out this morning. It was a perfect first backpacking trip - for me, Molly and Kim. We had sooo much fun! I covet Mary's JetBoil. Here's some pics... "start" - the girls at the trailhead "here" - where we were going "hmmm" - intrepid explorers figuring things out "where" - intrepid explorers can't figure it out "there" - I have no idea where we are either

Anyone got any suggestions for a 2500-3500 cui internal packs? I want something comfy, but lite.
