Well, at least I have my Saturdays back to myself. I was just made part of the Chicago Historical Society's "forced reduction." I dunno why they have to give it a different euphemism in the not-for-profit sector.

Anyone got a job for a former Rights & Licensing Assistant in Chicago?

Yah, it's okay. I had a feeling it was going to be me. It's total bullshit, but what can I do? CHS is also going to pay our health/dental insurance premiums for six more months, so that's good. It'll carry us through the season!

Thanks, the tandem was awesome! It felt soooo nice to play in the sky again, even though I was strapped to someone else. It also felt really freaky not having my own gear! No more tandems for me, I'm going to retrain for solo this weekend.
