Anyone else on here with Airline Benefits?

Recommended Posts

I have pass priveleges on Delta and American but all my friends that do too are married and can't get a hall pass to go party balls in Ibiza or wherever.

There needs to be a website or something for people with passes that aren't afraid to use them.

I've got about 300k on American, but blackout dates suck ass, and have no time at the moment. I have a feeling that when I do have time, I'll have about a million that will be gone a hell of a lot faster than they were accumulated.

Believe it or not, that is not a problem for which I need a solution... ;) I know, I know...it's crazy talk...but really...

Going to Europe in June. Maybe next time.

I'm in Dallas tomorrow night, and need to go to 4 different bars...for work...really...seriously...

What are you up to tomorrow night?

My wife works for Air France, so I travel free on Delta ( I just pay airport taxes)
As a seasoned flyer I've learnt to keep away from Alanta an always fly into JFK.
You Americans may not understand this but us Euros certainly do
Atlanta international sucks.

And JFK is better? You must be French. :D

I still get buddy passes. My Dad is retired from Delta. However, I'm a little busy these days. :D

>You must be French<

Ok this is your first an last warning, You could very well start world war III calling a Brit, French:o

For some reason every time I arrive at customs in Atlanta out comes the orange folder, an off I go to the
security office. It's embarrassing, They ask half a dozen questions, punch something into the computer
stamp my passport an say............. You have a nice day now. Nice Fu$*ing day my ass. I've missed the connection and am
stuck for hours in a poxy no smoking airport for hours.

I was deported from Australia years ago for over staying my visa an wondererd if the code at the bottom of the page
on a passport showed this

I never get this problem at JFK

On a side note. I'm a smoker (ya ya ya I know) but when flying I don't miss smoking at all, even when you could smoke
on planes I never did, As soon as Im walking through the finger I have an over whelming desire to light up.
Is anyone else like that?

Ummm...............Atlanta has smoking rooms in several of the concourses. If you have hours to kill just take a ride on the train. You don't even have to leave security. ;)

Shit Mike, you live 5 miles from me. I am actually flying to DEN on AA 2065 tomorrow morning to go buy a Pitts S1S. As long as the crankshaft hub passes a magnafux, I am buying it.

Do you work at Alliance?

We need to go to SXM. It is unbelieveable and the flights are wide open this time of year. I still have all 4 of my D1's left.

Not that easy. to use my deals they have to be:

1. Parents
2. Kids
3. Spouse.

So if the person you wnat to fly is a hot chick that would dig me...we can talk. Otherwise I have parents, and don't want kids.:P

Sand to the beach, my friend, sand to the beach.

Plus, putting the chicks on your D3 list for a year just to drop em later sucks,,,,and D3 is friggin expensive!

There are 50 non-revs on the flight to Denver tomorrow! I will be up at 4:43 on jetnet ready to click.

Do you know Bobby Brochaddo that works out there?

Mike

Up until 9/11 I took most of my flights for free. Grew up with a parent at one of the top airlines. After college I flew on buddy passes from the six friends that worked another major airline. Now I am too old for the parent connection and I only have one close friend at an airline and she uses the passes for her b/f.

It was great - in all those years I had only one real issue with flying standby (trying to get out of DIA around '92 when that major snowstorm hit the SE) and often I got to board early due to the clout of the name on the buddy pass.

Now I have to pay for my tickets like everyone else....but I'm damn good at finding cheap flights.
