kelel01 1 #1 June 1, 2005 Personally, I use sound effects ALL THE TIME. (I also talk to myself under my breath, but I'm really just thinking out loud. ) But people always make me repeat them. Unless the sound is really embarrassing, I'm rather accommodating. Am I weird? Well, I guess that's really a different poll, so just answer the initial question. seejanefall 0 #2 June 1, 2005 Most of the time when I make a sound effect, I don't realize it until after. When others ask for a repeat, I normally reply that I don't do it on demand. . . _____________ PMS #

BillyVance 35 #4 June 1, 2005 You should be working next to me some day! You'd hear all kinds of funny shit from me. Hearing aid feedback, the opening guitar riffs from Van Halen's Jump, which I can do almost perfectly with my voice (how's that for a WTF) , and a host of other shit, including cussing this slow-ass computer under my breath at work... BillyVance 35 #12 June 1, 2005 Believe it or not, I had this friend and co-worker who worked in the next cube from me years ago. He had his radio tuned to some rock-n-roll station, just loud enough for him to hear. At the same time I was humming the guitar riffs for Joe Satriani's "Crushing Day" song, and he's going "WTF is wrong with my radio!?!" happythoughts 0 #15 June 2, 2005 The only time is in a dirt dive. It's fun. One day, I want to dub in the audio for a kung-fu flick over a skydive. As we turn points, "ooooooo-wah aaaaaah-wah..." It seems like it would work really well when flying in mantis and then flashing between grips. "aaaaaaa-wah..." "No wun cun defeat my Mantis hann, dung-beetle..."
