AggieDave 6 #1 June 2, 2005 I just got back from a 5 hour ride with FlyingFerret. He came down and we went back road riding all round Conroe, Montgomery and Anderson (think "way north Houston"). We even went through the Sam Houston National Forest (which is a badass ride). We only did about 250 miles, but since it was all except about 30 miles all done on the back roads averaging 50mph it was a cool longer ride. In two weeks we're doing another Thursday ride in TX, anyone want to join? We're thinking about doing more of a central TX or maybe north TX ride, maybe something in the hill country. Anyone want in? We don't care what you ride, just as long as you like to ride. For instance, I ride a metric cruiser, but FlyingFerret is on a FatBoy, as long as your bike can do highway speeds you could join.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Sure - but is having AC a down point to this?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
AggieDave 6 #3 June 2, 2005 QuoteSure - but is having AC a down point to this? If you somehow installed AC on a Electra Glide or a GoldWing, more power to you. We've got to limit this to 3 wheels or less.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
TAndrews 0 #4 June 3, 2005 I'll be in Arkansas in 2 weeks (vacation). I'll contact you when I get back. Hell, I drove all the way from Presidio, Tx to Lexington, Tx just to do my AFF. By the way my ride is an ACE.

AggieDave 6 #6 June 3, 2005 Shit yeah! For the rest of the summer I could really go for these Thursday rides, just go somewhere different each time. Its been a while (been too busy) since I did a good ride like this. It really made my day (and gave me a slight sun burn).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
