indyz 1 #3 June 4, 2005 > What do i do?? Screw 'em. A few business days is the most I will wait. If I don't hear back from them by then, I assume the item is off of the market. How about a feature request: "Unresponsive seller? If the seller has not responded to you in X business days, please click here". Get enough clicks, the seller receives an automatic email and has to respond in a few days or the ad is automatically deleted.
Amazon 7 #4 June 4, 2005 I would send a PM.. at least most people see the little red NEW MESSAGE up top.. the Email at Dropzone.com does not....so maybe they miss the email
Froggy 0 #5 June 4, 2005 I've got pretty good response when I was on a lookout for a rig -- at least 3 people by e-mail and 2 by phone. -------------- We were not born to fly. And all we can do is to try not to fall...

MrBrant 0 #8 June 4, 2005 It also could be that your messages to the ad owner, are being delivered to his/her junk mail box. I know when I have an ad in the classifieds, I have to check my junk box regularly. Sometimes they end up in there, sometimes they don't.
Amazon 7 #9 June 4, 2005 Heck I even PMed a guy who said he was looking for gear.. That got him interested enough to have one of his friends call me...he bought my Infinity 1.0 When I advertised it originally.. several people PMed me.. one of them interested enough to have me send it off to his DZ in Georgia to check it out. It did not fit well enough.. they sent it back. If you are selling... you just have to find the right buyer...its a good service... with fairly good amount of gear in there.
