Well....I know at the beggingin of this I had stated 40 lbs is what I wanted to loose.....I had already lost 48...weight loss now is over 90 lbs...I dont think I'm loosing anymore..(hit my goal plus 2 additional pounds gone..now I've hit a plateau..LOL) I guess I can pull myself out of the weightloss challenge for now...I think I could loose another 10-15..but I dont want to push it...LOL

*Not to mention this already caused 1 canopy downsize and I dont want to have to go through that again..:D:D:D

As Andy mentioned, we got a new scale, so our weights are a bit off. We still have our old scale, so we can still track loss/gain from last week.

So...

Current weight (old scale): 186.5

Loss from last week: -1.5

Current weight (new scale): 187.8

Heh, we're not making this very easy on you, Mike! ;) You can record by which ever method is easier for you.

Not so good this week.

It's complicated by the fact that we bought a new scale that reads 1.5 higher than the old one

I'm up 3 to 230, but half of that is due to the new scale.

Heck, I was happy not having to use the hospital scale... people kept screwing it up and I was never sure that I was getting an accurate weight.

I've reset y'all's current and we'll go from here... same goal, right?

No worries - I reset y'all's current weight to match, and we'll go from here... didn't change y'all's loss goals, though...

Not a good week- but it could have been much worse. Started off w/ barbecues on Sunday and Monday. Then my brother came in from California for 4 job interviews. The only thing he wanted Thursday night- NJ Pizza. Well, after 4 interviews by Friday- and 2 job offers- he signed the dotted line and will be moving back across country in August. So we kinda celebrated lastnight- big barbecue: corn on the cob, hot dogs, kielbasa, baked beans, and strawberry tarts for dessert. And ya know what, after all that I was REAL worried. Hopped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised:
Current Weight: 287.2
Gain this week: 2
I'm not happy by any means that I put back on weight, but after this week, I was expecting an increase of 5. So I'll take my 2, and work that much harder this wekk to lose the 2 and then some.

Sorry for the long post- MY BROTHER IS MOVING BACK TO JERSEY!!!!!!!!!

Thanks- he's a High School English teacher. He had interviews with 4 different schools, 2 wanted to hire him. He picked the high school that we both graduated from. So it's cool- he gets to teach with the teachers that mentored him. It was worth it- it just sucks that I have to lose 2 extra pounds now. But very cool that after 8 years, my brother is coming home to Jersey. I cant wait.
