I've never got this one... Standing in a club one night waiting on my date with a single red rose [blind-date, red-rose is the signal, she stands me up]

Around 10:00 o'clock, a girl comes up and asks me who the rose is for... I'm being a smart-ass and reply, "Well, I'm having an ass contest and whoever I think has the nicest ass in here wins the rose at midnight."

I'm not sure what happened after that or why it happened... But, every lady in the club was showing me their ass, some lifting up their dresses.. all competing for this dumb ass rose.

I still scratch my head over it, but I did learn that a rose is one of the most powerful things on the planet.

Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I tried something similar a few years ago (right after the Earth cooled, but before the dinosaurs). I was standing in the corner of a bar on New Years Eve. Around 10pm, I said to a girl, "How'd you like to be the last girl to kiss me this year?" It worked! I was amazed. I kissed almost every girl that walked by that evening.

The only bad part is having 3 phone numbers in your pocket the next day and having no idea what "Diane" looks like.
