AND i brought my laptop so we could connect to the wirelss up there and buy our plane tickets to skyfest! so i did, and we did! then my laptop went dead.... so i plugged it in an outlet to charge in my view. i kept looking over at it to make sure it was still there, then i didnt see it and looked around the corner and it was still there, somone had just closed it. 5 minutes later i go to use it for something and it was FUCKING gone! 3 dudes playing pool were the only ones by it and once i noticed it was gone, so were they. i had all my paypal account info and email info open and justi's CC info from buying the plane tickets. had to file a police report, cancel mine and justis CC's and cancel my checking account and get a new one, change all my passwords, file an insurance claim, etc, etc. why do people steal other peoples shit??? what the fuck? if i see those 3 dudes out tonight, im kicking some serious clepto ass Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Everycard cancelled having to go to bank to get cash out claiming all on house insurance comlete nightmare for 2 weeks the only thing the police said was "do you have insurance " The best of it is the little shit was caught breaking and entering elsewhere and pleaded guilty to our breakin. The best is yet to come his lawyer comes round giving us some sob story about how young he is going to go to jail for first time(not first offence) I asked her to leave. Explain the situation and ask them to flag it or keep an eye out. If they try and log on your internet it may be possible to locate them. I know that is some crazy CSI shit but if the police are motivated and smart enough they may be able to do it. All the real tech gurus on here may know different, so you better ask one. It's not the missing stuff that bothers me so much as it is the fact that someone thinks it's okay to take things that aren't theirs.
