Sebazz1 2 #13 June 8, 2005 There's plenty of good good Bay Area folks out here to help you with your homesickness. Plenty of good DZ's and stuff too... If you're lookin for fellow "Coastie's" But all the DZ's in the Bay Area are worth the drive, even Lodi, where I will actually be this weekend doin 4 way... Until you piss off Bill, then you'll be doing 4-way out of the King Air at Byron with the other ex-Lodi team! (It is pretty funny, Ed Yeah, Lodi is less expensive) Take the time to try them all out, Kel. Each DZ has a unique vibe. My experience as a low timer was that Byron had the easiest in to RW that was not consistently funnelicious. I look forward to meeting you. Hmmm, then spend $7 more per jump from a King Air, in high winds and land in a dirt/charcoal landing area? Not much like Z Hills is it.... I'll take $13 jumps, Otter and nice grass anyday for a 35min longer drive. Quote We won't discipline her there.. Funny enough, but low time jumpers need exactly that, if you want to take it in another meaning.... This way they feel like they learned and accomplished something at the end of the weekend and had fun. All DZ in Nor Cal are fun, it's just which one you choose to go to any given weekend! Be safe.
