Vallerina 2 #1 June 14, 2005 "Just flip a coin!" This is beyond just a cute little saying. It's darn good advice! When faced with two choices that you can't decide between, the coin really does know what's best for you. Take for example my decision today. I'm trying to give up caffeine (again), but I am just so tired. I sat here debating if just one cup was really all that bad (I didn't have any caffeine yesterday!), but I want to try to get away from caffeine. I flipped the coin on whether or not I should have some coffee, and it said, "Yes!" I had some coffee, and people seem to think of me as less of a "bitch" now! The coin really does know all! (My old coworker is disagreeing and uses his Magic 8 Ball to its fullest extent.) Note: I do not advise anyone to use the coin for anything "important." kelel01 1 #2 June 14, 2005 I do it all the time . . . or I pick some random thing to determine what I should do. Example: "If the next car that passes me coming the other direction is blue, I'll pull off into the next gas station", or something equally ridiculous. Consumer warning: do not use arbitrary means to determine major life decisions, such as who to marry. "The coin" is to be used for entertainment purposes only. BTW, have you seen the new nickel? It's cool!

It's kinda weird, going from the same currency you've always held to new versions.... eh, still spends the same, so I don't care. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? Beerlight 0 #10 June 14, 2005 At first I thought you meant a "coin check"..... Guess it's just a military thing.... So, why ya wanna give up caffeine??? It's my only vice.......plus it has some decent benefits when used in moderation....
DancingFlame 0 #11 June 14, 2005 Flipping a coin helps a lot. For example, you are thinking of doing something but cannot decide whether do it or not. Use the coin! Choose one side, flip the coin and see the result. If you think 'Yes! That's it!' - you should do what you've planned. If you feel yourself a just a bit disappointed, then DON'T do it. yardhippie 0 #16 June 14, 2005 I have no faith in the coin! It taunts me with unfathomnable reasoning (aka random chance) When I am indifferent. I chooses. How? Why? Will it refund my money if its wrong? NO! I say down with the coin and up with decadent and compulsive behavior!
