WatchYourStep 0 #1 June 17, 2005 My SO is doing an internship in California this summer. I'm heading out there in a few weeks to visit. She is planning one day and I'm planning one day, but we aren't telling each other what we are doing. For my day I'm planning on heading over to the Catalina Islands and going scuba diving and then enjoying a nice dinner and hanging out to watch the sunset. Have any of you been to the Catalina Islands? Scuba dived there? Is it worth it? Thanks "You start off your skydiving career with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. lawrocket 3 #2 June 17, 2005 I've scuba dived there. Yeah, it's worth it. Not too much in the way of reefs, but there is plenty of visibility and underwater life. BTW - you may want to plan on watching a sunrise instead. The sun sets in the west, and not much happens on the western side of Catalina. My wife is hotter than your wife.
