That move effectively gives me an 8% pay cut. They said they needed more help on days but considering I handled more issues on the swing shift than anyone else on the team(days included) I am thinking this is a major slap in the face. So now not only do I have to put up with SUCK ASS WEATHER.. BUT but I am stuck driving thru traffic in the mornings and evenings. The Job search in sunny places has officially begun.
