I read this an was struck with the strangest ideas. Then it occured to me it's LA.

This could make a cop's job harder. Imagine being a cop and driving down the highway. Suddenly your dash-computer pops up signaling a bunch of cars in the area whose owners have outstanding violations. Not only do you have to discern which violations are most severe and should be dealt with immediately, but you have to take the time to locate the vehicle.

Considering LA traffic... yikes.
