jumpergirl 0 #4 June 21, 2005 I think the other girl made it work. For some reason we couldn't invoice or receive a particular item. When we tried, we got a message that said something like, "Cannot make the inventory change in multi-user mode. Switch to single-user and make your changes again." Then, when we went to single-user it would tell us the same thing. Finally she made that item inactive and created a new one. It's working fine now, but with the new item. Any idea why that would happen??
skymama 37 #5 June 21, 2005 No, I've never had that happen .Usually when we switch back and forth the error message goes away. I know I had to download updates on our computers this week and it says if the computers are networked and not all people do the upgrades, that it might not work properly. Is it possible that could have happened there? She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
jumpergirl 0 #6 June 21, 2005 Hmmm... I didn't think about the updates. We'll do that this afternoon just to prevent any more problems. Thanks Andrea!!
