wartload 0 #1 June 22, 2005 The fact that this Website exists is odd, to begin with, but it gets even more disturbing as you look through it! http://www.chicagopolice.org/ps/list.aspx

Having your pic posted on the web as a perp looking to pay for sex. Or having a woman you date post a picture of you wearing socks with Tevas? Oh the anguish.. I've never been embarassed by either (and by wearing socks with my Teva's, I don't get embarassed by the nasty ass stench most Teva-wearing skydivers exude either. ) Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" And what do cops have to do with this (unless you mean cops should have the right to embarass their suspects). See ya in SC. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" Careful you don't mess up now and state that they did something which they have not been convicted of yet. (these individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.) 'Cause you know, that's slander. I'm with him. The real fucking crime is putting those pictures up before conviction. Especially when it's prostitution. That's a topic for another thread but fighting prostitution is nothing more than a cash grab for police. There where prostitutes just as long as there has been sex... and there will always be prostitutes. If we are lucky, there won't alwasy be cops. What more rights are you proposing for the cops? Personally, I think they have far too many already. Especially when you consider that cops take a number of liberties on top of the ridiculous rights they already have. Fuck THEM! (cops). Fucking overgrown high school bullies. ... now that was a general statement My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

tigra 0 #11 June 22, 2005 If I'm not mistaken (and someone WILL correct me if I'm wrong) arrest reports and mug shots are public record whether or not there is a conviction. (for adults, anyway!) You may not agree with the website, but it isn't a crime. And, just like skydivers and lawyers, there are good cops and bad ones.
