skychick312 0 #1 June 23, 2005 Here is a question that a bunch of skydivers tend to ask...I am a jumper myself and have had one skydiving relationship...What do ya'll think.. Is it better/easier for the relationship to date a skydiver or not? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Be the change you wish to see in the world! AggieDave 6 #2 June 23, 2005 I'm marrying a skydiver. Does that answer your question?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
ladyskydiver 0 #3 June 23, 2005 Personally, I'd rather date a skydiver. They already understand the sport/risks associated with it and are less likely to have an issue if you wake up...snuggle against them...and say "DZ today, honey?" jumpergirl 0 #7 June 23, 2005 I've had a few serious relationships (including marriage) with skydivers. I have had a few relationships with non-skydivers. I choose jumpers over non-jumpers simply because I like to share my passion (and they seem to be more understanding, for the most part). But, to answer your question, I'm not sure I would want an ex-jumper. I mean, I wouldn't want to start dating someone who doesn't jump anymore. I would rather he be an active jumper when we get together. What happens later can be delt with later. My weekends are primarily spent on a DZ somewhere and it would be nice to jump with my man and then be able to cuddle up with him afterward.
