is that you and dave? ;) Looks like fun.

Keith and Dave B were the test dummies and I did the video for them on this jump (all three of us were on Velos). It was very interesting to say the least. And then to top it off, last weekend I burbled Keith by flying in front of him on a high altitude hop n' pop and collapsed his canopy for a short moment.

Same thing happened in Colorado a couple of years ago and the Velo, didn't re open for a long time and when it did it spun up. He choppped, dumped, and flared. Be careful with that . just thought i would share that story with you.

you know with probably over 300 CRW jumps on a VX docking on velo's, vx's, and xaos's, i have yet to get into a rap. and the times that my canopy has wodded up was because the person on bottom (me most of the time) was in too deep of brakes.

lesson learned: faster you fly=more rigded the canopy

Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

hey wheres my damn rings?? and why aint you jumpin??? get your ass back to the dz.

I am spending the summer working on general aviation stuff, and i sold my rig to that short girl with green hair. However, I am gonna sell on of my bikes here and start up again once it gets cooler not to worry.

As for those rings, they are miserable pieces of shit to machine. I have a mill out here now so I can actually work on stuff regularly. So keep hassling me and I'll get a run going.

Hey Keith how about showing pics from the successful attempt. You're only showing the carnage jump. People should be aware that you and Dave did dock on another jump and fly that thing around for several minutes. I'd post pics from my copy except that my dang video camcorder has malfunctioned (again) on me and doesn't currently work. >:(

Somebody better be finding some wood right quick...:|

-I just read your quote you see, and I am THE bad luck omen for ANYONE that has ever mentioned anything to do with skydiving and that they had *never* experienced that type of problem...:| More than once said-malfunction occured to speaker of the word 'never' the very day after uttering this phrase to Acme...[:/]

I did jinx myself up at the bridge a few weeks back. Someone was telling me about their jump which went into the water earlier in the day and I foolishly blurted out "I've never been in the drink". Well the next thing you know, we're doing a five way and I'm the furthest from the beach. I have a 90 left on opening, I'm overly amped because I was the furthest out getting even further away, I stall my canopy while trying to turn and eat up valuable altitude. So by the time I got the canopy flying again, there's no way in hell I'm making it to the beach and I splash down into the Snake River. Fortunately it was a hot day and landing in the water after my jump from the bridge was actually very refreshing.

Yup ... never say never. If you do, you've already jinxed yourself. B|
