CanuckInUSA 0 #26 June 29, 2005 I've done some cool freefly jumps, some cool tracking dives, some cool (yet scary) BASE jumps off of all 4 different object types, but to this date this most incredible jump I have made was when I took my wingsuit out of a hot air balloon and flew it over an urban environment for my 666th Devil Jump. There is video of the jump on skydiving movies, but the video and my 1st person memories of the jump are two radically different things. I'm sure if/when I do make a wingsuit BASE jump off of a big wall, it will surpass this jump. But to this date nothing is as satisfying as that jump. CanuckInUSA 0 #28 June 29, 2005 QuoteMy favorite memory still was my "farewell" jump at MileHi Skydiving in Longmont, Colorado before making my roadtrip down south. It was the sunset load. Mike Pintamo who was not only an AFFI but also a great friend and I did a kneelock, sitfly exit. At about 7K, he waved goodbye, blew me a kiss and pointed at the sun setting over the mountains. It was the most amazing beautiful sight. For some reason, I can't think of that jump without tears. I wasn't aware that you did such a jump and I can totally see why it is so special to you. Not only is Mike a super cool guy, but to have him blow you a kiss and wave goodbye with the sunset sounds cool. It almost brings a tear to my eyes. Well almost. We do miss you here K. Your daughter seems like a very nice young lady and the Father daughter photo looks like you two had a pleasant time.I was just asking to make sure that she was old enough to make that jump not for any other reason. And of course to state the obvious, SHE IS HOT. Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Wow, thanks Steve..miss you all so much. When someone asked where I moved from and I say Colorado, they say "WHAT?! Are you NUTZ?!!" I know, I know, Colorado is definitely an awesome quality of life and the scenery is spectacular..sometimes I also wonder why I traded there for here. One day it'll make sense. I'll certainly come back for a visit someday soon. _________________________________________
