Carrapeta 0 #1 October 30, 2008 Hey all, I have a question about risers. I recently got my I&R done on my (used) rig. It's a Vector2 with a Sebre1 170 canopy. It opens great (not the slammer I keep hearing about) and, I love the way it flies! I jumped it 4 times on Sunday and what I realized is that, I have to tippy toe on my butt cheeks to even think about reaching the dive loops!! The toggles stowes are a bit lower so I don't have a problem reaching those but, stowing the slider is pretty interesting. I check for traffic then I have to turn w/ rears to get one side low enough for me to reach!! On a side note: I did perform a flawless rear riser landing!! It felt better than some of my other landings! Anyways the question is are risers rig specific and I need to buy them new from UPT or can I just get some shorter used ones. I checked UPT's website but couldn't find any "parts catalog" if you will. Thanks any info/leads are greatly appreciated! RichIf your gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough. millertime24 8 #2 October 30, 2008 Check both ebay and the classifieds here on dizzy. They do make different leangth risers. I have the exacy same problem, but my rig is almost (but not quite) too big. I have long arms so I dont have trouble reaching my dive loops or toggles.Muff #5048

Rich Risers from UPT are $150 a pair ($175 with Louie Loops) and are available in 19, 21, and 23". 21 is pretty much the standard size. We have also made 25 and 27 for some people upon request, but can not make them shorter that 19" because of the length of the reserve container. Give me a call or drop me an email if you have any more questions. markk@uptvector.com 386-736-7589 Mark Klingelhoefer
