Anvilbrother 0 #1 July 1, 2005 So I am in the final stage of selling my house, just have to get the thing appraised a week before closing. What can I do to make it price highest. So far I have doing the following; pressure washed house driveway, painted house, planted new plants in front and rear of house, applied weed and feed, had the house professionally cleaned inside. Added 6 inches of insulation to the attic, and had A/C unit cleaned and charged. The guy that bought it is in Iraq, and will not be there, for closing. He gave us a month to live in the house AFTER closing, which was cool, so I figured I would make the house nice and cool, and keep the grass cut until he comes home even after closing.
