I've lost 10 lbs probably in the past month. This forced Haji food diet works. You can eat all you want. Don't worry. You'll get sick before you know it and won't be able to keep ANYTHING in your digestive tract. Either because you don't want to put anything there or it won't stay. :D:P I just finished hooking my neighbor up to a Sodium IV. :S

Okay I finally got weighed on a scale :o I went to the doctor and according to her, I've lost 10-15 pounds since my accident August 4th, 2004.

Right after accident and surgery - 100lbs (my total weight)

Recovery - 100-125/130lbs. (not sure don't do the scale thing unless at the doctor, I was at the doctor too much and on too many meds to remember what I was then:S)

Now- 115lbs.

I'm finally statring to feel comfortable in my clothes again, thank goodness :S:D

Congrats on the loss, and the recovery you've made from your injury!

Your stated goal was 15 lbs... you want to stick with that or revise it, now that you have an accurate weight? Just don't get *TOO* skinny, or we'll have to start calling ya "Watch Pocket Paige" instead of just "Pocket Paige"! :)

CReW Skies,

I don't remember either... I had you down for 15 to lose... so you've lost 11? That's great!! Let me know what you want the "new" goal to be and I'll reset your numbers...

Lost 1lb. last week. Even during vacation still!! :o
I have been losing that consistently since February. ;)

I wish it was faster but at least it's still happening. Things are tightening now. :$

That's great! B|B|

Couple of pounds a week is the way to do it, anyway...less chance of a drastic drop in weight being reversed..

Do you have a goal number you want to track?

Hmm, I don't know how much I weigh, but I know my bodyfat % which is what I keep track of. Since week 4 I've been the same at 14.5%.

Starting today I am taking the SEPTA R5 from Center City, and then biking 3 miles up the side of a steep hill to my office.

Boy, in the heat it is a TOUGH bike ride to commute! I carry a 1QT bottle of water in my backpack and keep a 35lbs weight plate to make it challenging. The joy is that when I get to the train station and board I can sit in air conditioned luxury while all them fat asses in their SUV's inch along at 1mph on I-76 trying to get through the city.

:D:D:D

Added bonus... because my exercise is a part of my commute to the office, I don't have to hit the gym as often.

I hope to be at 10% bodyfat by August. B|

Thanks for the nice post :$:)
I would like to be able to get down to my fight weight of 100-105lbs. I'm skinny but ripped at that size, for me it's about being a healthy. I used to feel healthy at that weight but after fights I'd feel worthless, now that I'm not fighting I'm not sure if I need to hit the 100lbs.but another 5-10 lbs would be great to loose.

I guess put me down for another 5-10 lb loss of fat, if I change my weight to muscle mass and don't drop weight that's cool too. I just want to feel healthier and have a healthier body.
