She called at 7:30 and told us that there was someone wanting to see it tonight. They showed just before 8, stayed for a bit and left. At 9:05 we got the offer, we countered, the countered and we accepted by 9:30. Theyre pre-approved and want to close on the 21, before our next payment. All we have to hope is that our place appraises for that and we just sold the house in 3 hours flat. That is so hot, I had to touchmyself a little!
