I can go hang out at the Bent Prop, but I'm not too sure how busy it will be during summer. NWFlyer 2 #3 July 6, 2005 I won't be there (as I know better than to visit Arizona in the summer ) but I did have a fabulous dinner at Cafe Poca Cosa when I was there in May and can highly recommend it (get the chef's sampler plate - they'll bring you three of the entrees on the menu that night ... a total surprise, but it's all good). edited to add: reservations required, but it's not a stuffy place, just popular Oh, and they can hook you up with some tasty margaritas, too, so you can drown your sorrows if you end up spending the evening alone.
