highfly 0 #39 May 3, 2005 I normally stuck a shit load of Corriander in the fish and put dill on the outside. If you wrap the fish in Bok Choi and then newspaper it helps it to steam a bit better and also you dont have the problem of it sticking to the paper too. Dill and coriander meet in the middle of the fish and youget this real nice Asian taste.
