Nataly 38 #1 July 18, 2005 Hi there! Am in the UK (not considered "permanant resident", though) and heading off to the Espace Boogie next week.. Anyone know of a good travel insurance that covers skydiving? Thanks! edit to say I may need to look for travel insurance from Canada (see post below)"There is no problem so bad you can't make it worse." - Chris Hadfield « Sors le martinet et flagelle toi indigne contrôleuse de gestion. » - my boss

vt1977 0 #3 July 18, 2005 Try www.axa-travel.co.uk although I think you normally need to do that 7 days in advance. At short notice try http://www.hbinsurance.co.uk/. (In both cases ensure that you select the appropriate cover!) hth! Vicki
Nataly 38 #4 July 18, 2005 Right, thanks! Apparently, there are other "issues" as I am not considered a "permanant resident" of the UK (because of the 2-year "working holiday" visa I have), and I've been in the country for only 5 months and 3 weeks (so less than 6 months). Man!! Why couldn't Espace be in August like last year?!! So far it looks like it's gonna have to be either Endsleigh or else I'll have to look for insurance companies in Canada.. Any thoughts on this from you canucks would be great!"There is no problem so bad you can't make it worse." - Chris Hadfield « Sors le martinet et flagelle toi indigne contrôleuse de gestion. » - my boss
