I actually wore a band-aid for some time, since the simple rubbing of my shirt, um, well, ya know.... I thought it would change when the staples were removed. Not so! It seems as though when I got hurt, part of the tear was through that nipple, and now the nerves are ALWAYS on edge. It's actually kinda cool now, even if one nipple is always "cold." That's good enough for me though, at least for now....It's your life, live it!
