To everyone who knew Ron

Recommended Posts

i know there is a place for this but i wanted to make sure eeryone saw it

Hello , first let me start by saying thank you to each and everyone of you for your condolences and your prayers. My name is Doug, i was on this site looking for answers as to what happened to my cousin Ronny. It amazes me to see how one person can touch so so many lifes. I don't know if he knew but i wanted to be just like my cousin when i was younger, all ways riding dirt bikes or four wheelers, jumping everything in sight, i remember going to the medina fairgrounds to watch him in the motocross and of course big air competition. Everything to get dirty or be crazy. He was always smiling, thats what i remember most. After he moved to Florida i didn't get to see him anymore but after reading all your stories i fell like i was there. When i heard the news i couldnt even move couldnt say anything but how ? i mean at 33 that's just not fair, but i just think to myself he did more at 33 than most people do there whole lives, MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT, that's what i learned from this. My condolences go out to the friends and family of sara, i'm sure their jumping out or off something in heaven right now. Thank you all so very much, please take alittle memory of him next time you go up, so he can jump one more time.

I worked with Ron. He was a great guy and we will all miss him. It is so true how much he smiled and how much he lived in 33 years. He has left his mark in this world and I am sure no one will ever forget his great sense of humor. I know he was watching his memorial jump and was so proud of everyone for doing it just the he would have wanted. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Sara but have read everything there is to read on these sites about both of them. They were so much alike it was scary. They said they were going to travel and I do believe that is what they are doing together just not the way we all would prefer. I feel at peace knowing he is not alone up there and they have now started their new journey together. My condolences to all who knew and loved Ron and Sara.~Kim

hi doug-

ron's send off last saturday was beautiful. bonnie and val were on the ground watching as rich was on a tandem releasing your uncle ron's ashes. val had karin on the phone during all of it.

some of ron's best friends were there making their last skydive with ron. it was such a beautiful, moving day.

a beautiful 10 foot magnolia was planted at the dropzone in zhills (ron's home dz near tampa).

there was a super nice dvd that some skydivers put together of ron while he was skydiving and skating on a longboard (being pulled behind his own car....with other bored friends) for the first time. he busted his ass. :P:D if you want a copy of this, i think i know someone who can hook you up. nothing but smiles on this dvd.

i'm sorry for the loss of your uncle, but you are sooooo right. life is short and you have to live it. thanks for sharing your beautiful words and letting the rest of us a bit more inside.

with lotsa love,
arlo

if anyone knew sara, and could give me her moms address that would be great...i spoke to Mrs. Loshe on the phone about 2 weeks ago, and told her that i met sara before my 1st tandem, and i lost her address and wanted to send a card.

if you want to message me that is fine too, so that it is kept private.

thanks

they may have given me life but skydiving gives me breath
