I e-mailed the other week asking if they still made a leg mount bracket for the ProTrak, and this week a free leg mount AND a free set of batteries showed up in my PO Box. Way above and beyond the call! It's why I've owned 3 ProDytters, 3 ProTraks, and an Optima and I will continue to purchase L&B products. faulknerwn 38 #2 September 19, 2008 Absolutely! Last month I emailed them with my sob story - I was on back to back loads so I asked my dzo to swap batteries that were dead in my Viso. He unfortunately doesn't notice the battery compartment and pries off the back! 2 jumps later I was left with a nice wrist strap and nothing else... It was replaced quickly and for free! But if you want to talk with them, go at the Reno PIA symposium next February 2009, they will be there.Learn from others mistakes, you will never live long enough to make them all. I bought a new Pro-Track and messed up one of the screws on the battery housing and i just received a new one today without even sending mine back yet. that's why they've got the biggest and most trusted customer base ever amongst us. hackish 8 #7 September 21, 2008 I chose both my altimeter and my audible from them. Other reports of their amazing customer service weighed in heavily when I was considering the products.
