It has been said before....but L&B rocks!

Larsen and Brusgaard has some of the best customer service in the skydiving industry.

I e-mailed the other week asking if they still made a leg mount bracket for the ProTrak, and this week a free leg mount AND a free set of batteries showed up in my PO Box.

Way above and beyond the call! It's why I've owned 3 ProDytters, 3 ProTraks, and an Optima and I will continue to purchase L&B products.

Way to go guys!

Absolutely! Last month I emailed them with my sob story - I was on back to back loads so I asked my dzo to swap batteries that were dead in my Viso. He unfortunately doesn't notice the battery compartment and pries off the back! 2 jumps later I was left with a nice wrist strap and nothing else... It was replaced quickly and for free!

No wonder when (thru my own fault) I lost my Solo a couple weeks later I didn't even dream of replacing it with anything but another Solo...

I agree with you. They are fantastic and if you phone them they are like their service, super...
But if you want to talk with them, go at the Reno PIA symposium next February 2009, they will be there.
Learn from others mistakes, you will never live long enough to make them all.

:)Awesome service all round!! I bought a new Pro-Track and messed up one of the screws on the battery housing and i just received a new one today without even sending mine back yet. that's why they've got the biggest and most trusted customer base ever amongst us. Take note other companies!! You could learn a thing or two!!!!:P

I chose both my altimeter and my audible from them. Other reports of their amazing customer service weighed in heavily when I was considering the products. I haven't had any trouble with the 2 units I bought which in itself is a good thing.
