jasonRose 0 #1 August 4, 2005 Ok this might be a little off the wall but I am asking anyways. How many guys have skydived with wood? Did your wood make it all the way until landing?? What are some of the risks invoved?? I'm going to try it so if there are any skydiving chicks out there that want to lend a hand to help make this happen I'm ready! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

waltappel 1 #7 August 4, 2005 QuoteI'm sorry. I am a non-native English speaker. Is there a joke here I should be aware of? In the U.S., "wood" is often used to refer to an erect penis. For example, guys tend to have an erection when they wake up in the morning. It's a hormone cycle thing. That phenomenon is often referred to as "morning wood". Other common terms for erections are: hard-on and boner. I'm sure there could be a whole thread on this topic. Anyway, that's the deal on "wood". Edited to add: Your English is outstanding!!! There are many, many idiomatic and slang expressions. Here is a link to the urban dictionary site, which has definitions for many of them. http://www.urbandictionary.com/ If you do a search on "wood" on that site, you'll get an idea of what the site is about. Let me warn you, though, there are definitions on that site that I wish I had never seen!! Walt
