That looks like that french crew who practice "street running" - they did some demos in London and the stuff they were doing was truly amazing. For those of you who know it, one guy jumped from the bridge of the HMS belfast onto the platform on top of the guns - at least i think thats what the jump was. its a LONG way down. Good video though

Thats David Belle, star of new moview "Banlieue 13". He and a mate invented parkour over a decade ago and is one of the best parkour athletes out there today.

He has been talked about on here a few times, and you can check out www.davidbelle.com for some more info too. Some of his regualr parkour clips are amazing, what you saw here was good but far from his best stuff, it was more just an collage of different aspects of what he does (although it was well put together)
