slayer152 0 #1 August 6, 2005 well, i did it!! graduated aff today at Deland. i had to repeat level VI due to a not so great dive exit, and i'm glad i did cause i nailed it the second time, but my instructors were great and i will remember the awesome instruction and the great fun. i look forward to many years of jumping and meeting others in the skydiving community. i was also present for Krystal's memorial and ash dive . it was a spectacular showing of the camaraderie in the sport. Thank you Nikki, Christine, Nat, and Scott for teaching me the sport that i will be involved in for many years to come!!! _______________The only thing in life that doesnt take effort is failure________________
popsjumper 2 #2 August 7, 2005 I can't believe someone would fail you simply because of a botched dive exit....crap there's people out here with hundreds of jumps who can't dive worth a crap - including me. too bad about the repeat the $$$.My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Falcon5232, SCS8170, SCSA353, POPS9398, DS239

Meux 0 #7 August 8, 2005 Congrats!! In 10 years (maybe less) that repeated jump won't matter at all. Consider looking up Scott Miller and doing his canopy course. Regardless of what kind of skydiving you do (RW, freefly, etc.) you have to land after every jump. Scott's course gave me tons of confidence. Blue Skies and maybe we can jump after you get your A.
