kelel01 1 #2 August 11, 2005 What kind of insurance are you talking about? I don't have anything that insures my skydives. My health, life, and income are insured, but not my skydives.
mailin 0 #3 August 11, 2005 I'm under the impression they have this insurance in the UK. Lucky ducks JenArianna Frances
kelel01 1 #4 August 11, 2005 I still don't understand what it insures. I was only sort of being a smartass. I mean, we have liability insurance through the USPA.
mailin 0 #5 August 11, 2005 http://www.bpa.org.uk/insurance.htm Our current legal system doesn't allow something like this here, unfortunately. JenArianna Frances
kelel01 1 #6 August 11, 2005 Like what? It sounds like the USPA's liability insurance, and an AFLAC policy. I'm so confused. And I don't think I need that second one listed - I have medical and disability. My medical bills and income are insured. Anyway, to answer the thread, yeah, I've used it a little bit. Couple of ankle issues here and there. Nothing major, though.

speedy 0 #9 August 11, 2005 Quotei just meant medical insurance incase you got really hurt or worse... and the title Quoteever claimed on your skydiving insurance How does skydiving insurance = medical insurance ??? As an interesting side story, we have in Germany 3rd party insurance. Someone I know had a canopy collision and ripped a couple of cells from someone else's canopy. The insurance paid up for a replacement canopy as the insured was deemed to be at fault. Dave Fallschirmsport Marl

I assume due to max allowable expense. Not sure how much work body work DM needs but he is/was employed by Enron. Don't have a clue if he's still got a job or insurance. Talk about bad luck. R.I.P.
