ok...someone help me with the math please...

I have 33 messages in my inbox, none in anyother folders. I am using 37% of my capacity.

Skymedic currently has 51 messages in his inbox, none in any others, and is using only 6.7 %.

How does that make sense????

Would photos and attachments take more space? Maybe you have more of them then him.

Of my 33 messages, 6 of them have attachments.

Of his 51, none of them do.

Would this account for such a huge discrepancy?

Can easily make sense. Pretty much any mail account anywhere has a limit on how much disk space the mail is allowed to take.

Some e-mails are much larger than others. A short text-only message is quite tiny compared to an e-mail with a large attachment, e.g., pictures, sound, video, etc.

If people are sending you e-mails with attachments, you need to save the ones you want to keep (download them to your own PC) and then delete them from you dz.com mail account.
