Soooooo.... Here is my little life drama right now.
Need to be up at 6:30 tommorow. Both of my Walmart Special Alarm Clocks are f&#(ed up. Do i Go to sleep and risk sleeping in (thus losing my job) or try to catnap the night away watching TV.
I need to work on this. I can sleep through anything. I had to go buy two of those old-school clocks with the two metal bells on the top - only those are loud enough.
Think i'll be a post whore 2nite.

Phone????? HA! I laugh at the phone trying to wake me up! I think I'll be okay - I think i'll set the whimpy alarm on the cell phone and just fall asleep sitting up with the TV on. Lets see what happens.........
I wish i was one of those peeps that can just wake up whenever they so desire. Like i said, i need two of those mechanical clocks with the hammer and bells on top.

Dude, take a few minutes and run to a 24hr Wal-Mart or grocery story or something and get a new alarm clock. Get a couple of them, set them up, program them and leave them on opposite sides of the room (out of reach).

WHOAH!!! 24 hour walmart???? This aint' New York!!! Friday is alarm clock shopping day - i have like $3 on my check card - need to get paid. then i get to go crazy. It will be like an alarm clock buying orgy. I'll get some really shiny new ones. ones that can wake the dead.
This isn't a big deal- Class ends at 3, I can drink lots of Coke.

Dude, the town I grew up in (Sherman, Texas) that has all of 30,000 people had a 24hr Wal-Mart!

There are towns smaller then that w/ 24hr Wal-Marts...

You could try to find a vibrating clock. My son doesn't wake up to a real alarm clock (or very quickly to a phone), but set the pager on vibrate and he's up like a rocket.

My little town of 5,000 doesn't have a WalMart (yet), but 22 miles east and 29 miles west are 2 24 hr ones. Not Supercenters, but still 24 hrs.
