Girlfalldown 0 #31 August 17, 2005 I like them on some people and on others I don't but it really doesn't matter what we think. Tattoos are for the person that gets them. Not the rest of the world (usually). I have a funny story about this. 15 or so years ago I rode over to this motorcycle shop with a friend of mine. No one was outside so we knocked on the door and this big burly mechanic comes out. This guy is covered in tattoos but on his chest my name is written in HUGE lettering! It went from one side to the other and it was what stood out the moment you saw him. It said SHANNON. We talked for a few minutes about what we needed and then just before I left I asked him who Shannon was. He said "My ex wife". Now the poor fucker has to go through the rest of his life with his ex wife's name on his chest. -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.) I just like my belly, I think a piercing would be cute. I see pictures of women w/ formal gowns on, with a tattoo sticking out, and that's why I decided against getting one ( I don't think a tattoo will enhance my beauty, but I have nothing against others getting them, it's their body); I just wouldn't like the look of one on my body Mother to the cutest little thing in the world... It's sort of like seeing a Victoria's Secret model with a tattoo; I guess the female body is beautiful enough, sexy enough, erotic enough, without ink ( that's how I feel about my body anyway). ladyskydiver 0 #48 August 17, 2005 Unless you are the person with the tattoo, who cares? Each of my tattoos are for a specific and special moment in my life. They were and still are for me. If someone likes 'em and gets turned on by 'em, all the better. If not, too fucking bad. It's my body. I don't have a lower back tattoo, yet. And the only reason I don't is that I haven't found one that calls to me. And when I do get one, like it or don't like it. Doesn't matter to me. And if you don't like it, don't be behind me where you'll be looking at it.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.

And you followed that up by saying a belly piercing was good though. Yes, perhaps you can take it out evertually, but while it is in, a belly piercing is STILL a defacement of something you said looks good all by itself. THAT is what made no sense. I like belly piercings but they are the hardest to heal and very infection prone. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
